Corporate Responsibility

Corporate responsibility at ARC Pointe Call Centers is about demonstrating and sustaining our commitment to conducting business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.  It is a commitment that stems from our vision, passion, values, and culture.  Our goal is to primarily improve the quality of life of our employees, provide value to the business and our clients, and contribute to the communities that we have centers in and call home.

Corporate responsibility is an important part of business today. It’s about more than just giving back to society; it’s also about making sure your company is sustainable.

Corporate responsibility is about doing good for others while still being profitable. Companies that practice corporate responsibility often donate money, products, services, and/or time to organizations that serve people in need. They also try to reduce pollution and waste, promote equality, and support environmental protection.

  • You’re not alone
Many businesses are starting to understand the importance of CSR. According to a survey by the American Sustainable Business Council, nearly half of U.S. companies now offer some form of CSR. And according to a study by the World Economic Forum, 75% of CEOs believe that CSR will become even more important in the future.
  • You’ll attract customers
People who care about the environment tend to spend more money with companies that share their values.
  • You’ll build trust
If you’re seen as a trustworthy company, you’ll gain credibility among consumers.
  • You’ll improve employee morale
Employees who feel connected to the community where they work are happier and more productive.
  • You’ll make money
A growing number of companies are realizing that sustainability leads to higher profits

Here are four reasons why every business needs CSR

You Can Be More Competitive
-Create value. This means offering products and services that people need.
-Provide better customer service. Customers expect fast responses and excellent communication skills.
-Focus on innovation. Innovation helps you stay ahead of competitors.
-Make yourself indispensable. People love doing business with those who provide them with exceptional service.

You Can Build Trust with Customers
Corporate responsibility is not only good for the environment, but it’s also good for business. Companies that practice corporate social responsibility are seen as trustworthy by consumers. They’re viewed as companies that care about their employees, customers, and communities. And they’re trusted to do what’s right.

You Can Help People
In addition to donating money, companies can also help people by providing them with jobs.
The United Nations defines corporate social responsibility (CSR) as “the actions taken by companies to contribute to the economic, social and environmental well-being of society, especially those most vulnerable.” In other words, CSR is about making sure that businesses benefit from their success while also helping others.

You Can Create Value
CSR isn’t just about charity. It’s also about creating value for your company. If you do things that benefit others, you will make yourself and your company more attractive to potential partners and customers.
